Extremely comfy beds, climate control, TV and a couch bed in the room. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs. Favourable and magnificent location in Hayward really close to stores and freeway and eateries, a shopping plaza, as well as the park and all shops.

I chose this hotel for a summit due to its convenient location. the gym and 24-hour business center were useful amenities during my stay.
I missed having a daily breakfast service for a quick start to my workday.

Stay away from this place. Be smart. Save yourself a multitude of hassles. I had planned to stay 5 nights but left after 1 night. The worst part was the dirty room. Everything, walls, fixtures, furniture, was dingy stained dirty. The rug was so dirty that I did not want to take my shoes off. In the end, I took shoes off but kept socks on. White socks became blackened with dirt. In the middle of the night I felt something tugging at the blanket over my feet down at the foot of the bed. It woke me instantly. I sat up and turned on the light but saw nothing. I suspect vermin. This was a terrible place to stay. When I went down with my suitcase to check out the next morning, the front desk person tried to dismiss my concerns and persuade me to stay on with a change of rooms. I said no. The new room could easily have been worse. I was told advance charges to my credit card would be refunded and it would show up on my credit card in 2-3 days. It has been 8 days and the refund has not appeared on my credit card account. Be smart. Stay away from this place.
